Wooly Bully Shop

Wooly Bully is Tallahassee, Florida's Natural Fibers knitting, crochet, weaving & fibers arts shop.  We carry a generous selection of Cotton, Wool, Alpaca, Silk, and Hemp fibers.  We also carry fibers made from less traditionalresources such as Soy, Bamboo, recycled fibers & more.

Of course, you'll find some of your favorite brands such as Cascade & Mission Falls filling our shelves, but you'll also find some very unique yarns created by small US based companies as well as gorgeous hand dyed yarns from women's cooperatives from all over the world including Uruguay, Chile, & Nepal.  We support fairly traded goods and encourage the use of these products.

Wooly Bully offers classes year round. Learn Beginning Knitting or Crochet, Needle Felting, Sock Making, or take a 3-day Immersion Weaving Workshop.  We have project classes scheduled almost every evening of the week & some on weekends. See our class calendar for upcoming events.


Services Available

Individual Knitting Session - For just $10 per hour one of our experienced instructors, Chelsea Fox, will share her expertise of knitting with you. If you are looking to begin a new project & need help getting started, or if there is a particular technique you're eager to try, let Chelsea guide you through it. She can meet with you around your schedule 7 days a week for as many sessions as you need.

Finishing Services - Blocking, Weaving in ends & Seaming can be some of the least desirable parts of knitting. Chelsea Fox offers finishing services which will give your knitted piece a very professional appearance.  Chelsea can also do repairs on knitted heirlooms.  Fee established at consultation.

Crochet Finishing Services - Fiber artist, Shari Hill, offers her expertise to all of your crocheted projects for finishing techniques & repairs. Fee established at consultation.
